All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to either wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable product.

2. Shipping Costs

Delhi-NCR: Free shipping on all orders.

Pan India Shipping:

Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the product type, size, and delivery location.

Final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment
Customers will always see the exact shipping amount before placing the order
Shipping charges may vary depending on the items added to the cart

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued as store credit only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of delivery. Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon approval.

Once approved, customers may choose a refund, store credit, or replacement (subject to availability).

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days.

4.2 International Transit Time

International shipments usually take 4–22 days, depending on the selected courier.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes can be requested anytime before dispatch.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only.

4.6 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, the order will be dispatched once the item becomes available. Other items in the order will be reserved.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time exceeds the expected duration, please contact us for assistance.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link via email to monitor shipment progress.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it at delivery if possible. If already delivered, contact our customer support immediately.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply. Customers may choose to pre-pay these charges at checkout or pay upon delivery.
