If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our Refund and Return Policy. The following terms apply to all products purchased from us.

Prepaid Order Cancellation Policy (Delhi-NCR) :- 

Cancellation of prepaid orders is allowed only before the order is shipped or dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds will be initiated once the order is returned to the seller or if the cancellation is successfully processed on the website. The refund will be completed within 7–10 business days.

Prepaid Order Cancellation Policy (Outside Delhi-NCR):-

  • For prepaid orders shipped outside Delhi-NCR, cancellation requests will be accepted only before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled directly, as it has already been handed over to the logistics partner.
  • If a customer still wishes to cancel the order after dispatch, the cancellation will be processed only after the shipment is returned to us. In such cases, forward and reverse logistics charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method after the returned shipment is received and verified by our team.

Customers are informed about this policy through the order confirmation email sent at the time of purchase.

Partial Payment & Refund Policy (COD Orders)

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small 10% partial payment is required to confirm the order.

This partial payment helps us verify the genuineness of the order and allows us to treat the order as a priority/prepaid order for faster processing and dispatch.

Please note:

  • Your partial payment is completely safe and secured with us.
  • Once the order is confirmed, we start processing it on priority.
  • The remaining payment can be paid easily at the time of delivery.

RETURN / REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY:-

Customers are entitled to request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.

To initiate a return/refund request, please email us at info@aaravelectronics.com with the following mandatory details:

  • Clear images of the product from all sides
  • Image of the brand box
  • Serial number / EMI details (mandatory)
  • Complete unboxing video
  • Brand technician job sheet with proper remarks (Defective / Damaged / Missing)

⚠️ Note: The product must be opened only in the presence of an authorized brand technician.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the goods must:

  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be unused and in resellable condition
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice)


Products listed under our “Without Box” or “Open Box” category are sold at special discounted prices due to missing original packaging.

“Open Box” means a product that may not have its original sealed packaging intact, but the product is checked and verified before sale.

In general, an “Open Box” usually means the product’s *outer box/packaging may be unavailable or slightly damaged* due to warehouse handling, storage, or similar reasons. In some cases, there may also be *minor cosmetic scratches or external packaging wear*.

However, please be assured that the product is properly checked, and *warranty coverage remains valid as applicable*.

This option can often help customers get better pricing while still receiving a functional product.

Please note the following conditions:

  • These products do not include the original brand box
  • Products are fully tested and in working condition
  • Minor cosmetic marks may be present (if applicable)

Return & Refund Rules for Open Box Products:

No return or refund will be accepted for:

  • Missing original packaging
  • Minor scratches or cosmetic imperfections

Return / replacement is only applicable in case of:

  • Dead on arrival (DOA)
  • Major functional defect
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Aarav Electronics reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Note: Aarav Electronics reserves the right to deduct actual logistics charges incurred for both forward and return shipments.

Please note that a refund can only be processed if the brand denies warranty support for the product. The product in question is a branded item and is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. In case the brand is willing to provide service, replacement, or part support, the issue will be handled as per the brand’s warranty terms, and a refund will not be applicable.

We request you to kindly coordinate with the brand’s authorized service center for further assistance under warranty.

DELIVERY POLICY (OPEN BOX DELIVERY – DELHI-NCR ONLY):-

We offer Open Box Delivery (OBD) service for customers located within Delhi-NCR.

Under this service, customers are requested to inspect the product at the time of delivery before accepting it.

What to Check During Delivery

The Open Box Delivery check is limited to:

  • Physical damage
  • Missing accessories or parts
  • Wrong or different product/model

In Case of Issues at Delivery

After Delivery Acceptance

Once the product is accepted:

No return or refund requests will be accepted for physical damage, missing items, or incorrect product.

Aarav Electronics will not be responsible for such claims after delivery acceptance.

Post-Delivery Issues (Functional/Technical):-

If any defect, malfunction, or technical issue arises after delivery:

You may raise a return / replacement / repair request as per our Return Policy.

Products must be inspected and supported by brand-authorized service confirmation (if required).

Refund Timeline:-

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of request confirmation.
