In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • After acceptance of delivery of the product, aaravelectronics.com will not entertain any returns or refund request.
  • Refund will be done within 7 working days from the date of request of refund.
  • The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Conditions for Return
To return any product purchased from www.aaravelectronics.com, please ensure the following:

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and must include:
    • Original price tags and labels
    • Packing and barcodes
    • User manual
    • Warranty card
    • Invoice
    • Accessories, freebies, and original box (All of these are considered “essentials”). If essentials are missing, the return request may be rejected, and the product may be sent back to you.

  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

 

Quality Check

  • All returned products undergo verification and quality checks once received by us to confirm the legitimacy of the issue.

Pickup & Processing

  • Aarav Electronics will arrange a pickup.
  • Pickup will be attempted up to three times. If unsuccessful, the return request will be cancelled.
  • Once the product is received and passes quality checks, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Processing time: 4–6 business days after pickup.

 

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

For electronics that arrive with manufacturing defects or do not power on:

  • Inform us within the applicable return window.
  • You may be asked for a DOA certificate from the authorized service center.
  • If the product is found to be functional or shows signs of misuse, the product will be returned to you.
  • If the service center cannot provide a DOA certificate, you may need to use the manufacturer warranty process.
