Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy – Aarav Electronics

At Aarav Electronics, we are committed to offering you a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our cancellation, return, and refund policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
  • If paid online, a full refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • You may refuse the delivery if you no longer want the item. In that case, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

Cancellation by Aarav Electronics:

We may cancel your order due to:

  • Unavailability of stock
  • Incorrect pricing or product details
  • Fraudulent transactions or failed verification
  • In such cases, you will be notified and receive a 100% refund.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Return Eligibility:

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
  • Product must be in original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and invoice.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Return Not Accepted If:

  • Product is used, altered, or physically damaged by the customer.
  • Certain items are non-returnable:
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., trimmers, shavers)
  • Digital goods or software
  • Perishable items
  • Products after brand installation (as per brand policy)

Replacement Policy:

  • If eligible, replacement will be initiated within 7–10 working days, subject to stock availability.
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

3. Return Process

  • In most locations, a free pickup will be arranged.
  • If pickup is not available, the customer may need to ship the product to our return address.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, refund/replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued once the returned product passes our quality check.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days:
  • Online Payment : Refunded to the original source.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) : Bank details will be required for NEFT/IMPS refund.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Products cannot be returned or refunded if:

  • They are damaged due to misuse or unauthorized handling.
  • Brand visit (technician inspection) or installation hasn’t been completed, as per brand policy.
